When I make gravy, I usually forget about it on the stove and it gets tons of nasty lumps in it. Here’s a fool-proof method of making THE BEST GRAVY EVER! Too much enthusiasm? I think not. Gravy can never be overrated.
How to do it? First, strain the pan drippings. Add water to the pan to cook the remaining good bits off. Add the water to a jar with flour, and shake well. Pour back into the pan, along with the strained pan drippings. Strain one more time, heat and stir on the stove, and voila!
